[The Final Task]

this guy is so mysterious

he signs up to newgrounds, and on the same day, submits this, which is really well-done even by today's standards. then he just disappears. no votes, no reviews or bbs posts or other submissions. nothing which could possibly reveal his current whereabouts. he's probably the most enigmatic of all newgrounders.

hm..

though the sticks and the animation was pretty crude, the use of dynamic zoom ins and camera sweeps made it a little more exciting. the tv at the end gave it a bit of humor too. i think this has a chance of squeaking through judgement. also, compress your audio.

also, the animation isn't great. kinda looks like a bunch of keyframes and someone forgot to do the inbetweening. dunno if it's passable as is.

not that you should change it but..

the title may cause some people to accuse you of ripping off a certain established, respected series already on ng. i hope the style and plot will make this distinct.

also, the voice acting could use some tweakage, but others have made that clear. so hurry up with that first episode!

I've watched that series you mentioned. Trust me. The similarities stop at the name. My story has nothing to do with zombies and the like.

And thanks for pointing out the voice problem. I wanted to make it loud enough so I didn't have to use subtitles, but I guess I went a little overboard...

i favorited it a long time ago. oh well. anyway, the review: i'm a potter fan, and i found this freakin' hilarious. 'yes, sweet child. exactly as i say... sniiiiiifff... mm.' classic. people be needin to get a sense o humor up in here.

i'd hate to see what he planned to do to harry...

it was pretty clever and fun. i have no real beef with the art or animation, probably just add more detail to the characters and backgrounds, like shading and whatnot. use easing with your tweens too, that makes it look better. so don't procrastinate on your final, k?
