this doesn't make any sense. so many questions. what do gangstas have to do with anything? why are they all white? what made the driver speed into a tree right after one of them mentioned wearing a seatbelt? why are the drawings so crappy?? STOP MESSING WITH MY HEAD.

hmm..

well the animation is certainly decent, but not quite as fluid and the action isn't quite as tight as other stick movies like shock or xiao xiao. looks like you might need a writer or two as well, some of your grammar seems a bit off.
