the way he talked and stuff and the allure of dice seems pretty racist. elmer fudd's just a gullible sap... though he may be offensive to people with speech impediments? and it's just the fact it was made in segregated america before the civil rights movement. there were all kinds of cartoons that showed black people in a negative light.
